Cancellation Policies
If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 50% service charge as cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time. No-show charge is 80% of the service you booked. Full payment for the services booked is required for subsequent late cancelations or no shows within a 6 month period

Deposit for new client's policy/No-show policy
A $50 deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit.
Late Policy
Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes early, with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or do not have clean lashes, your appointment time will be reduced. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.
Charges: $20 (10-15 mins & auto-cancel (More than 15 mins)
Lash Fill Policy
40% of the eyelash extensions must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case-by-case basis. They may require more time or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
Referral Program

Let your technician know you’re using the Refer a Friend promotion before or after your appointment.

If booking online, leave a note with your friend’s full name and phone number.

If booking by phone, text, Instagram, Facebook, or email, please provide your friend’s full name and phone number.

We require both the name and phone number to verify the referral, as some clients have the same name.

Once verified, both you and your friend will receive 15% OFF any service at either Chic Lash Boutique location.
